Sharon F.
, Instructor, Clinical Instructor, Program Support – Sharon has been with Utah CNA Centers since its founding. She has worked as an LPN for 30+ years and has been involved in nursing education for about 13 years, in addition to being an AHA certified Basic Life Support CPR instructor. Sharon works in all of our clinicals sites and teaches at all five of our campuses.

   Administrative Staff

Terri Holland, President – Terri is the Founder and President of Utah CNA Training Centers and the Executive Director of the EMT Utah Volunteer Corps, a 501-c3 non-profit. She is a serial entrepreneur, a devout volunteer, and an advocate for social and economic justice. She is especially committed to the long-term care community and a fervent supporter of programs that train and empower CNAs.

Charles Ainscough, Vice President & Onsite Administrator, Owner – Charles is an attorney specializing in regulatory compliance with a law degree from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law. Charles oversees the day-to-day management of Utah CNA Training Centers as well as his legal practice.

Jane Hamilton, Director of Operations – Jane has been with TAC Educational Services since 2015. She started off working as the Volunteer Corps coordinator and eventually moved into the position of Director of Operations for both EMT Utah and Utah CNA Centers. Jane has previously trained and worked as a CNA.

Sheila Palmer, Program Director – Sheila is the Program Director for Utah CNA Centers. Her education includes an Associate’s Degree and Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and is currently working toward an Masters in Business Administration. Sheila has been working in healthcare for 12 years, including 6 years as a CNA and 6 years as an endoscopy tech. Sheila is passionate about her students’ education and always goes above and beyond the call of duty to ensure their success.

Carole Ann Brown, Finance, Cashier, Human Resources – Carole Ann received her education at the University of Utah with a major in Finance & Accounting and a minor in Theater. She has over 20 years of experience in Finance/Accounting and Human Resources, with 10 of those years within the healthcare industry. She has a background in long term care and her daughter is a CNA in nursing school, so she firmly believes in the power of education.
